The idea was I was to pay on Sunday night, and he would ship it Monday whenever he had the opportunity to do so. It was agreed upon earlier that as proof of shipping, he would take a picture of the receipt and get a copy to me. So, after the trade, he hasn't been on skype and all evidence suggests that I was scammed out of my party hats.
I mean really, I'm a bloody fool for doing this without an MM, but hey I did suggest we use one but he leaned away from an MM. I guess that was the red flag.

Anyway, I understand that I can't give you skype pictures because that could be photo shopped or whatever, but I did take it upon myself to film the whole transaction, from conversation, to trade, to well, now. I'm willing to open my computer up via TeamViewer so they can access all of the skype logs, examine all of the edited dates, and make a decision for themselves.
As for the video, I kinda fudged up. Not thinking, I set it to 1080p recording, so the 5 minutes of film is exactly 4gb big. The fuck am I going to do with that, I don't know, but I could compress and transfer it over through any method of your choice. (I guess p2p would be easiest for you)

tl;dr: coral beef scammed me. I traded a santa hat and blue h' mask for his iPhone, haven't spoken to him since the day of the item transfer, and he hasn't responded to my PMs, despite his online status icon turning green various times.
If he's willing to be civil and return the goods, I'd be okay to rescind this report. Otherwise castrate him or whatever you guys do.
