A good spawn server?

Is there any good 614+(Preferably 639+) with like 25+ players where pretty much everything is spawnable? I remember servers like Stormscape and Ziotic (Pretty sure Ziotic was all spawn) with a little bit of players but it was still fun to pk. (I want to work on hybridding with different types of gear, like virtus/torva, pvp armor, bandos/arma/inf, etc)

I'm not sure, I just found out about it like 2 days ago. It has all the new rs graphics and everything can be spawned

Devious pk is a great sever almost 100% spawn apart from donator items and such.

 

That its A Pretty Good Server Been Playing it For 2-3 Days Non Stop
But its Full of Prods And Kids That Think They Are The Big Shit When They Kill You With Divine And Maul. Other Ways its A Great Server i Say its The Best Spawnable Server Out there
