A Easy method to Fast Melee Experience

Probably most of you already know this method, but for those who does not here's the way to gain up to 150k Combat XP/hour:

First for the Requirements:
-Membership
-70+ Strength to make it effective
-Dragon Claws for the fastest EXP if not DDS
-Highest Strength Bonus you can afford
-Super/Extreme/Overload Pots
-Prayer Pots, food
-Games Necklace

1. Teleport to burthope (home teleport or Necklace)
2. Go to the troll invasion
3. Talk to the guy and say I still want to train even though I don't get a reward
4. Keep specing the trolls and restore your special attack by drinking these green potions, the man is supplying you with
5. Keep doing this untill around wave 17, get killed and start a new "game"

I think slayer is always the best way to go for combat exp.

yeah i do this too. its nicwe but can get tedious. somehow the dynamite guy spawns by the table adn ruins it for me

 

It's only the fastest if you're nearly maxed and have bandos, d boots, barrow gloves, etc.

Is it more than 60k p/h with 50 str and extreme's?

knew about this a while back; good method, but i prefer bandits due to afk.

 

Decent, but slayer is the fun when you get higher leveled monsters, and the drops are a lot better

 

Hmm Doubt it can pull that much xp, rather just do Armoured zombies on empty world with salve(e) ammy and max str gear.

When the bot flawed trolls was out for rsbuddy I was getting 110k xp an hour doing this with bandos and turmoil and dclaws.

 

for str, yeah. not the best but its good.

 

Seen something like this on a RuneShark video, with them training new accounts using dwarvern army axe there lmao

 

The exp is quite fast but this method is very tedious as alot of clicking and attention is involved.

Not bad for a quick boost to those who really need it though!
