    You clearly don't comprehend BUDGET. Nor do you read.. jeez, it's NOT my build, I have a similar 8120, and 8150 build, but with better parts. I can run more bots than my 2500k and i7 860 setups with both, if he wants a comp for gaming and 'some' botting then obviously the 2500k is the better choice.

    I'm confused, if this is between an i5 and an i7 where did AMD come from? This shouldn't be a question, also if he wants to run a bot farm shouldn't he be using virtual machines instead of a pc? I don't call 10 bots a farm..

    Aimless, sorry to say this but the AMD is a shitty, unstable chip that will make him have to either upgrade or buy a new one in the next year.

    Also I might be mistaken but does hyper threading in the 2600k open up to more threads per core?
