Briefly explain the trade: I was going to buy 50M for $32.5 USD.
How they scammed: I sent them the payment via PP as a gift. Then he says he cannot use the money and something weird is happening, I called PP and they told me that there isn't any problem as he can use the money in a normal way so he denies it. And continuously loggs in and out as shown in the video.

What time in the video does it show the user's msn: On all video
What time in the video it shows you giving the account/money/items: 1:15
What time in the video does it show them leaving/not responding: from 2:00 -> Through most of the video not responding and logging out, at last I fill up chargeback which hopefull I can get refunded.
