FAQ

Q: How do you plan on transferring the needed items to my account?:
A: First, you must collect all the supplies needed for the quest, and then we will have you meet up with us on one of our Anxiety Questing accounts to transfer the supplies. After this step we will begin questing as having the items on our other account allows us to swap what we need without tapping into your bank account. Although some quests this method does not work for, in which case we will require your bank pin in order to complete the quest.

Q: How long will my order take?:
A: After we receive the payment and successfully make contact with you on MSN, we will begin the quest almost immediately. The time it will take to complete the quest will depend upon of course, the difficulty and the length. We will get it done as quickly as possible; we will also stay on MSN with you during this course, in case you want to know about where we are.

Q: Will I be refunded if I change my mind about the service?:
A: As stated in the TOS, you must meet all of the requirements to complete the quest and have all of the necessary items. We will only issue a refund if for some reason we are unable to complete your quest. If you order a quest, agreeing to the TOS but you do not meet the requirements, you will NOT be issued a refund.​
