How to recover an account when not knowing the email?

buddy of mines had a skiller way back and stopped playing, we both just got back into playing RS but his skiller along the way was hacked or he forgot the password and now he can't get it back... He doesn't know the email to the account but he does know old recovs but when he trys to recover it he can't get past the email part; how can he get it back even when he knows most of the original information...

anyway if you can't get past the "email part" just leave it blank and press enter, you get 2 tries I think so do that twice then it should direct you to the recovery part where you fill in recov's, old passwords (newest/ oldest password you can remember), where you created the acc etc.... recovering it using the same ip as you created it helps a lot too. then it should ask you for a new email where they can send if you're recovery was successfull or not.

But enter a blank email twice. Then it should take you to the standard recovery page in which you enter all the information you and your mate have. Recovery questions, Previous Passwords, Ip adress, Creation date and any other relevant information.

 

Enter a blank email twice, the rest is straight forward. Make sure you recover it from the original IP it was created if possible, far more likely chance of success.
