Is MoneyBookers Charge-backable?

Well, title says it.

Paypal charge-back risk is way too high for it to be a stable form of payment. I've looked into MoneyBookers and am just wondering if its charge-backable.

I'm fairly sure it is possible, but quite rare.

Oh man... so it is still as dangerous as paypal or is the chargeback process on Moneybookers more stringent?

 

Moneybookers can get charged back on, but paypal is famous for people doing it.

 

Moneybrookers are chargeable but it's a bit harder to do it. Not as easy as paypal.

 

Any online payment system that uses a credit card is charge-backable, all you have to do is call your credit card company and claim that someone else has used your card to buy whatever and the company will most likely take the money back. The likelihood of you getting your money is also extremely slim because there is no way to prove you traded with the cardholder.

So in short yes it can happen with any online payment system and its only more prevalent in paypal because more people use paypal.

 

From what I've heard, It is almost as dangerous as paypal. I'd stick to WU.
