Moneybag?

Sorry if this is really noobish but I just have not played RS in a long time and am possibly coming back. I logged on and noticed a moneybag and i guess all my money is there.

how does it work?

whats the purpose?

Can i take my money back out of it?

All money collected from almost everywhere goes into, right click and you can withdraw from it. It is actually super useful.

 

Make sure you don't go into wilderness with all the money it. You simply right click, and withdraw. Or, on the trade screen it will say "+ Money Pouch" which means that the money will be taken from the money pouch onto the trade screen.

 

And if you die with the money in the bag you don't really lose them.
Correct me if I'm wrong?

 

It needs a PIN to be taken out such as a bank its safe anywhere you die in runescape even the wilderness (Skulled at that) its still going to be safe inside the money bag unless you take it out.

Basically the moneypouch is a bank that goes wherever you go. All coin drops from monsters and events go directly into your pouch. Except for a few event the coins go into your inventory; but this isn't important.

What you need to know is that you will never lose money in your pouch. Meaning, you can walk into the wild WITH SKULL and die; you WILL NOT lose money.

What you need to know is that you cannot add any coins into your pouch while in the Wild. If you die here, you will drop all the coins that is in your inventory. Note: you can withdrawl money from the pouch but you cannot deposit money into the pouch while in the wild.

Outside of the wild, same thing applies. You will not drop gold unless you are skulled and the coins are in your inventory.

All transactions can be done without taking money out of the pouch. This means you can save 1 extra bank spot by withdrawing all your money
