No, unless he was stupid. If you trade RSGP with someone, the GP gets added to the pouch, and if there was a pin, you'd need the bank pin to access the pouch. And if he would have transferred it, he would have obviously transferred the hat.

It's been a day and you haven't been reset. Usually Jagex acts fasts on resets. You're safe.

 

wouldn't the cash then be deposited into his money pouch? if he doesnt know the bank pin then he wont be able to access the cash.
