    Try defragging your computer. It may clean up some unnecessary shit on your computer, thus bringing down the usage. Shit, I forget which defragger I used, I'll have Laptop post it.

    BTW, what computer do you have? I have an idea but I just wanna make sure I'm right before I tell you I had a similar problem..
