Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) M CPU 530 @ 1.73 GHz 1.5 GB Ram

 

Try defragging your computer. It may clean up some unnecessary shit on your computer, thus bringing down the usage. Shit, I forget which defragger I used, I'll have Laptop post it.

 

The defrag software is: Smart Defrag http://www.iobit.com/iobitsmartdefrag.html Download, analyse and then do a full optimise.

How long have you had this problem? Has it just started today or has it built up over time?

 

Post a screenshot of your active processes in the task manager, sorted from highest memory usage to lowest..


BTW, what computer do you have? I have an idea but I just wanna make sure I'm right before I tell you I had a similar problem..
