Satanboy666 Scammed me for 40m

Explanation- I offered to buy Satanboy666's pure for 40m and he agreed, So I proceeded to find an MM to do the trade and I came across Gohan and we agreed to use gohan, although gohan does not do recovery test's satanboy agreed to let me do the test but let gohan hold the 40m while I do the test. The test passed so we completed the trade and vouched. I worked on the account for couple days and I come on this morning to find it was recovered. I then proceed to recover it to find I suddenly dont have enough information even though I did not change anything on the account. I have all the screenies of the trade, but before I post the screenies I want to hear from satanboy666 for a refund if not I would like him banned because he said he was the original owner of the account.

EDIT: Just saw him come on sythe but he did not reply to my PM and I think he blocked me on MSN, I wanna sort this out.
EDIT2: He replied to my PM and said he did not recover it and he will be home in a few hours.

 

Please direct him to this thread, and let him know that because he sold the account he is liable.
Ask him to recover the account and provide you with the new password, or he'll be banned.
Alternatively, he can refund you the 40m.

 

I've been PM'ing him and told him I want a refund because if he does recover it back for me I will never want to make progress on the account or put rsgp on the account due to fear of it being taken. He told me he doesnt have the 40m I traded for it, saying he sold it. When I asked where is the vouch he told me sold it on another forum for his countries currency. So I guess he wants to re-sell the account to refund my rsgp, but I am asking him to buy the rsgp with his currency so I dont have to log on everyday to check if he sold it or not.
EDIT: PM'd him a link to the thread but in his last PM he said he would try and sell it and talk to me tommorow.

No I am not happy with that.. I told him use the cash he sold my rsgp to get to also buy the 40m back because I dont want to wait weeks for him to sell the account but he is offline so cant reply. He said he was using his phone and not at home atm.
