Is there a way to add PayPal balance with SMS?

I wanted to add some money to my PayPal balance via SMS payment... Is there any way to do this?

I'm 17, so I don't have a bank account or credit card yet.

I think MMORPG offers a service to exchange OneBip funds to Paypal.
Obviously there is a set rate. But maybe he can help you out.

Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't allow to SMS as way of funding your balance. You can however open a bank account, you don't have to be 18 to open one.

I don't believe there is, but i believe if someone refunds your payment the money gets sent to your Balance. With the small fees paypal charges it might be cheaper then using a onebip conversion.

Just a guess, im not 100% sure this is true :x

 

From what ive read about this, i think there was a short spell where onebip and paypal were partnered. However, I believe that has long since passed.
However, you can add credit to your paypal account directly from your phone, but it still requires a credit/debit card to be linked to the account to take the money from.
