I believe the digits they talk about are the ones after the second colon
Example: STEAM_0:0IGITGOESHERE
According to the one you posted, you have a 7-digit accounts. Sadly it isn't worth as much but I'm sure you can still fetch a good price seeing as the account was made in 2003 and that they use up to 9 digits now

 

so how much is it worth it ?
