Why? On Acc 1, he is buying a lot of small amounts of rsgp, so why would he need such small amounts if he had a green partyhat? And he also apparently went 1st to someone who had no vouches when he has like 8-9. that is suspicious in itself because i would never go 1st to someone with such a large ammount unless i knew them IRL, most people would still want to use an mm with me for a green partyhat so i doubt someone with 10 vouches would end up with that ammount of trust of a new person. This is at least TWC worthy if no IP matches show up. Also he never put up a thread buying/selling a green partyhat and neither did account 2.

Weird, but I don't see that as enough proof to ban them for fake vouches sorry. There's no IP match either. I'll leave it for another mod to add their input on however.

 

The IPs are way different as Rsprod stated. I can't give a TwC based on his vouches either.
