Anyone mind helping me out with avatar and signature?

I have both ready to go, but when I resize them, they look absolutely horrible, May someone please help out.

Well if you are sizing it down it shouldn't effect quality drastically, if you are trying to make it bigger then you are going to start losing quality rapidly.

Are you using photoshop and holding down shift when resizing? You may also want to do it manually by going into image>image size and change the pixels by percentage (try 33% reduction in size).

 

I just used an online coverter . I did install Photoshop however. Ill try taking a look at that.
