    WATCH OUT for this guy! Sold him 300m with 50M increments, using paypal gifting with a message saying he wouldn't charge back. After first payment, he started doing weird things like changing the payment method and omitting the statement that he wouldn't chargeback.

    Then for the last 50M its been 20 minutes and he hasn't sent the payment and he won't respond on msn.
