Quite sure no one will buy this if you need at least 99 smithing

 

The higher the smithing the greater the profit margin. 99 smithing is only if you expect to make 3m/hr. With 80 smithing, you'd be making around 700k+/hr.

It does sound like barrows because at those levels there isn't anything else you can do, i recommend pming a mod the guide so we can see if it is a well known method
