Jagex's next step?

More because it was "physically" affecting other players. Not being able to get resources/monsters because of the huge amount of bots around. This update doesn't really affect anyone elses ability to play the game.

 

It's still a big contradiction on their part. They've done so much to try to keep RWT(real life money to obtain items and such, an unfair advantage) down yet they provide their own form of it? Trying to make money or not, it's not an excuse to practice things that you claim to be against and also so call try to prevent.

Putting the date aside, it's always been clear that they are against it(if you've paid attention to some of the biggest gold sellers on this site in more recent times finding some of their goldselling accounts wiped), so why put the effort in to rid the game of it and make a rule on it, if you are just going to break it yourself?

It's one thing to give them a break when it's necessary. They knew fully what they were getting into when they did the nuke, etc.

 

The picture in the Jagex Condoning RWTing thread says it all. The J-mod says that the rule are for players, not for Jagex. Which is a bad way to run your business. It makes you look like a hypocrite, but then again the average 12 year old doesn't understand the concept of hypocrites so they take mom or dads CC and buy thousands of spins.

 

Well jagex is invested by American investors..so I mean the more money the better..they dont care about gameplay; they care about what update brings in the most revenue/$$ per hour
