Is it only me ?

Yo guys, i have a question.
So i play ranked solo queue. And you know elo hell makers right ? I played loads of games. I lost loads too because of those trolls or noobs, but i am not the one who ruins the game. Before trolls appeared i had 1600~ elo and now i have 1033~. And i am playing at this elo all the time now, when i win untill 1200 i go down to 900~ and it keeps going the same way. And I noticed how my gameplay changed. I started to make bullshit ingame, i want to win so desperatly that I am playing without tactic or strategy, i am just trying to not die and feed my self and this is how i play at this elo. Before that, i had good teammates and i wasnt worried that they will feed or they will go afk. I was playing good and i never had ruin the game (only 2 or 3 times i admit, but its not much). I allways knew what i am going to do, i allways knew how to play. And now those noobs, afkers, unskilled, trolls appeared and i was counting how much i will lost in a row. I counted fking 17 lost in a row. I was so angry that excatly i have to have those noobs or trolls in team, when i am playing i allways know i will have noob team and it is true. 3 of 20 games i will have troll or fag in team. And i dont imagine why it cant be backwards. I even changed servers, i thought it will make a difference, but i was wrong, every server full of noobs and trolls who ruins the game.
And my question is for people who stucked in elo hell not because of their fault.
Do you feel that you game style or gameplay or your skills have changed ? Or its only me ? Or you never thought about it ?

I would like to see that guy. Could take an advice. But the point is how good i am playing, still there is someone who will go 1/15 in 25 minutes and makes it impossible to win. (Happened today).
