How to find Eluned?

I'm sitting at the Quest Point start marker for Mournings End Part I, and i've been told by RsWiki that i just have to wait until she appears, but i've been waiting what seems like forever and she hasn't shown up.. troll? what am i doing wrong?

 

You're at the bit near the magics right? Just walk around a little bit, that seems to "activate" it

 

I was at the top (near the bridge to gain access to the Elf City) I figured that wasn't it.

It wasn't, go to where the Catapault is (charter) then go where the black circle is

 

It's where the tree icon is (the most right one). She will appear right where the magic trees are around every 2 minutes.

 

Thanks guys, finally found her where freaky and dialatic said to. :3 i was up near the northern bridge with the quest point marker, as that is where it told me to wait for her... Thanks a ton, guys. Thread can be closed.

 

Keep waiting in that place, she will eventually show up after 5-10 minutes unless you skipped a step.

 

Well you could use any of the 3(?) locations, but it's simpler to find the one right outside of Lletya. ;D
