Buying A Perm-Muted Account

You may ask me, why do you want a muted account?

Well first off, they're cheaper to buy because practically no one wants them. And secondly, I don't talk much anyway.

i have a 134, which isnt perm muted...haha but if u buy it u can get it muted? Lol
