Natural penis enlargement?

Its not that im not comfortable with my penis size, i know how to use it. its just a few extra inches wouldnt hurt ya know?

 

i do have an exercise. my penis is about 7 n half inch, ive never had a problem with my penis, however even with this size i have always been conscious

make an okay symbol with your hand grab ull from the bottom up (when erect ofc) dont doo this too tight! the blood will go to the tip of the penis. make sure after each time you do this you shake it off,, atleast 10x.... You're most likely talking about strengthening your PC muscle, which is done by stopping your urine mid stream. This makes it so you can last longer during sexual activity. This is quite different then adding noticeable length to your penis.

As I said before, if there was a scientifically recognized method to make your penis bigger it would be common knowledge and undoubtedly explained by now. (Increasing vascularity does not increase your penis size, nor does stopping blood-flow encourage regrowth of tissue; in fact this is dangerous and can permanently damage your penis).

 

First off, in my opinion, doing anything apart from letting your penis grow itself isn't natural. Anyway, although I'm not sure of what the specific exercises are, there are some exercises which COULD enlarge your penis. It's hard to find these exercises and most people want money for it. I think your best bet would be go see you GP.

 

Haha there is no natural enlargement for you. And even if there is it will cost way to much, but I still doubt there is. Be happy with your penis size instead, you know alot of girls dosen't really care about the size.

Yeah, that's called Jelqing, although it wont make you hung like a horse, it could potentially add an inch or two and make you have much stronger and harder erections.
Doing this would be somewhat of a commitment though, the biggest results usually come about a year of using this method.
You also need to know how to do it right, because if you don't you can hurt yourself and possibly discolor your penis (I have a small spot thats somewhat brown at the base of my shaft and about a dot on the head of mine.
Anyways, other than that, you just kind of got to explore. Don't do anything too crazy, but hey, try some pills, do some jelqs, and report your findings here.

The original purpose behind this action was to force and maintain and erection, not make your penis bigger. Your penis does not grow an "inch or two," you only think it does. Google plasebo effect. Keep in mind your penis continues to grow until your mid-twenties (depends on the person). Frick.

have you tried it? i have. i have seen the results, and using them my penis is exactly : 2m short of 20 cm.
it was only 6 n a half around a year ago when i first discovered this method online.

If your in your teens 13-15 or 15 - 17 you have nothing to worry about , your body stops growing when ur 18-21 , if your penis is small , then you have to live with it.

The only natural penis enlargement is puberty. If you are looking for that magic pill; it doesn't exist or else everyone would be hung like a horse.

The thing you can do is to get "fuller" erections which exercise and lessen stress help the most. I know for a fact that exercise helps because it helps with the blood flow to all the body and more blood flow = better erections.

This thread should be closed now, as I think the OP is getting confused with the mixed answers and I also think there alot of people who just have no idea what they are talking about.

To the OP: just like I said before, you are much better off just trying to find a way to become comfortable and accepting of your penis size, and realize that it doesn't matter nearly as much as everybody thinks it does. Do not waste your time trying to find a magical method to enlarge yourself, because 99.9% of them are complete and total scams, and other "natural" methods and exercises that you find online have a good chance of hurting or damaging yourself and making the problem even worse.

Sorry for the bad news, but its true. With time you will learn how to just accept what you have and be happy with it. Any female who judges you based purely on your penis size probably isn't even worth your time anyways.
