    Do not trade him under any circumstances! He is a scammer. I sold him 53M and a pin yesterday and he charged back on both payments. Do not trade with him at all!

    I also got scammed 15 bucks he reversed the payment. Is there a way to get the payment unreserved through Paypal?

    Paypal ended up reversing his payment of $22.50 and he won the dispute even though I submitted a video of the entire transaction. Nonetheless, I sent an email to some of the higher staff of Paypal, http://consumerist.com/2008/06/all-...es-and-phone-numbers-you-could-ever-want.html , and basically sent them a super long email criticizing the whole charge back system and what not. I came back the next day to find they sent me a "courtesy payment" of $22.50. If you decide to do this make sure you include something about their lunch being worth more than the transaction :D
