JaKeeeY is a scammer (Account Recovery)

So, I bought the account off JaKeeey for 5M, as seen here:




After payment, he PM'd me the details:


And I played happily for a few days.

But on March 28, 2012, I tried to log in, and found this:


So I tried recovering using the information he PM'd me. It was unsuccessful.

I then proceeded to contact JaKeeey:


About a day after the account was locked, I tried signing in again, and discovered that the account had been recovered, and password changed:



So I played on my alternate account, waiting for JaKeeey to reply. I then saw the account sign in:


But he didn't reply for three days, even though he was online several times during that timespan:




I am requesting a ban for Account Recovering, or at least a TWC, since I'm clearly not going to get the account back from this scammer.
