Looking to sell account but need guidance

I really want to sell my level 80 WC account. I botted it all the way up back in early 2011 but now i really want to sell it. I have never purchased or sold anything on here so im not trusted at all and have no vouches. I was going to go first or use a middle man and sell it for cheap in order to gain vouches but I do have a few questions if any senior or advanced members could help me out.

1) I used my PERSONAL email to register the account, is there anyway i could change this or is it still OK to sell?

2) I do not have recovery questions or anything but I do have it set up to my email (As stated above) will this cause any unknown problems?

3) Should i rely on a middle man to complete the trade?

4) As a new account sales person how much should i expect to price my account for?

2. You Just Change The Email To The Buyers After The Sale
3. Yes unless the other person has like 40+ vouches
4. not much, because you dont have any vouches, id say like 4-5m max
