How to make my IP say im from canada?

Hey im trying to "invest" my money into a poker site but the united states doesnt allow it to happen through paypal... usually all poker sites make you download the poker thing and play from the download, is there a way to make my IP appear from canada through a downloaded game?

Two ways, you could go move to canada - Option is probably out of the question.

Or you could use a VPN that's located in Canada. Hidemyass will work but they give your information out so it's not recommended to do illegal stuff on Hidemyass, but if you're just playing poker it should be fine.

Final - Buy a VPN that's located in Canada.

EDIT: Also i have tried a proxy, and most poker sites make you download the poker thing, then you have to play it as a download, so no url is used and that kinda takes away the idea of a proxy, there is some sites that do instant play but i tried like 2 or 3 and when i put in the url for the instant play it comes back as an error

Its like a computer somewhere else that you have access to through your computer. Also, I deposit by signing into the website through the proxy then in account settings deposit the money. Then the downloadable game reads my money is there.

No, see, web proxies don't work.. You need a proxy server and a way to route ALL your internet traffic through it. I use proxifier for that but I think there are other free ones.

 

VPN is not the only way to say your in canada.Also you can use a VPS. They more secure then VPN.Just google UK VPS/VPN. Then you will find alot of helpful sites.VPS is like computer in your computer but VPN does only change your ip.On vps you have HDD that you can store somethings also.I would prefer Amazon AWS for VPS and VPN. Cheapest way beside getting a canada vpn is getting a socks5 proxy, it will most likely not be seen as a proxy when landing on a site.
