Just a word of advice.

If you're going to let people use a cannon to speed up the process, I suggest you may as well get them to chin instead. Chin is faster exp per hour, and doesn't cost much more for the upkeep of a cannon.

You may not have done MM, so I suggest you get that done, not hard, and can be done with 1 prayer. Not to mention you can also chin with 1 prayer. But I suggest you get 70 Range first before chinning.
