    Okay seriously i paid 20$ for an iphone 4s case and it's all scratched up? I could find better in my local dumpster. It didn't come with any packaging, and it's scratched. I was going to give this to my dad as a birthday present, but this isn't worthy enough. I'd like a refund or a replacement thats NEW.

    I have always had good experiences with amazon customer service. They are one of the few companies that realize if you take care of your customers they will always come back to you over the competitors.

    I don't get why they would even send it to you if it was scratched? Maybe they occasionally send out the broken returned shit to people so if they don't notice, amazon gets to sell broken shit full price.. Ya think? Maybe...

    That might be a possibility, but it could also be because of shipping or packaging problems. It could also be because you bought it from a 3rd party amazon dealer, but I don't think I have had to return any items from 3rd party people on amazon so I don't really know their policies on that.

    I like Amazon, did the exact same thing with a video game and I got a new one within 2 days. I love the customer service with Amazon.

    i have been never used Amazon before.. if its happened to me, ill use Amazon because people wrote a good review about Amazon... the Amazon must have an excellent company.
