Jagex hires noobs

I mean really... I don't know how you guys think about this, but I myself can nearly believe they make people like this Jmods. Wow. This mod just doesn't know the game. At all. It's just embarassing. Please share your thoughts, I'm really interested in what you guys think about this.

If you watch Runeshark on youtube, they completely bash on this Mod.

 

Customer service, etc. are all uni students hired on for low wages...Wouldn't be surprised if that mod was one of those students.

 

Depending on their job, someone on Sythe applied at Jagex. He said the wage was decent/good.

But she is probably a uni student. She took the wrong approach and humiliated herself, she should have asked her coworkers/around first.

A few weeks ago there was a thread about how Max (the npc that sells max cape) was a bug abuser because he had old style torva and dragon boots. One page later people started saying that he botted his 99s and then she locked it for naming players lol....

 

idk how she missed that. and the thing about Max is just slow

 

In my opinion if anyone cares... Mod Turtle is stupid and if you are being payed to be a J mod then you should at least know the forum rules and in game rules... It's your job for christ sakes.

I think the main difference here, though, is that Sythe mods are chosen because they want to become a mod and tehy have the dedication to stick to it; while these Jagex customer service mods are just some kids straight out of uni that applied because they need some money.

I don't really get why people on Sythe here are sticking up for that girl for "making a mistake" either, because that is just unacceptable for a Jagex moderator to have such an utter lack of understanding of the game rules and to be so publicly ignorant and oblivious. The fact she had to be filled in by another player must have been quite humiliating.

Yes, everybody makes mistakes, but this is not just a little mistake. That is a major fuck up, and so I hope that Jagex Mod has learned her lesson and since decided to learn a thing or two about the actual game and the company she works at.
