NiceNrway is a Scammer

I tried to add this to the other NiceNorway scam thread but it wont let me.

I went first as I am a new user and he took my CS: GO but did not send me any money. He just went offline and then blocked me on steam.

Please ban this user as he has scammed me and another person already and he will do it more I am sure.
