I'm looking to buy a starter main.

Here's what I'm looking for:

- At least 100 CB level
- Hitpoints, attack, defense, and strength must all be at least level 70.
- At least 50 prayer
- At least 60 magic
- At least 60 range
- Main quests done
- MUST have no recoveries or email

I am interested in any account that has those stats or higher.

I am paying in RSGP.
