Goals/interests in RS

I have been playing RS for almost 6 years and I keep asking myself what is left in this game ? i can't really figure out a good answer.
so what about you guys ?
what do you really play this game for ? whats so interesting?

 

Staking for rsgp -> irl money.
PvM for fun, Pk sometimes on my pure.

 

When I think about why, I can't think of a reason. It just keeps me coming back ever so often.

 

To accomplish goals! It's the only game I play so I'm engaged in the game. I like to play rs because it lets us achieve goals such as 99's and getting new items. That's why I play anyway

 

To grind...
To have fun...
To make real cash...
Thats all that Runescape is.

 

I honestly just play for the few friends I still have active on it. The game itself is boring without them. Working towards becoming an 'elite' player, but I honestly wouldn't do it without a friends based to keep things interesting.

 

I have exactly the same feelings, It's like you can never leave, I'll go away for a few weeks/months, but I always come crawling back

 

Getting dat 120 Dung and gaining ranks. I also pk and play mini-games every now and then.

 

I just enjoy it, as it's actually rather relaxing. :3

 

I'd say because it's a game that never ends and provides you with endless goals. Also, once you start you get hooked.

 

My goals were to become the best I could, but that failed.
Now I go on from time to time to just skill with friends or stake or PvM.

 

Staking / PvM / PvP is all i've ever been about really.

I'm not a fan of skilling, or for that matter Questing. I just offer Questing because i've literally done all the quests that many times over the years across multiple accounts and as a means to make RSGP/$$$ to fund some in-game and IRL things.

 

too my irl friends don't prove of this game, and they're right; it's too boring when you are a new player to this game.

 

Probably just sticking with the friends i've met on here that make the game enjoyable and realizing for me. And maxing out my Zerker Pure.

 

I don't see in no way how can you trust people or rather "kids" in here when they can report you for almost anything.
anyway what I really mean is it's really hard to find that good mature friends in a place like sythe, if you know what i mean.

 

My goal is to stay away permanently. I haven't actually played in about six months and I've got zero intention of ever going back. Honestly it's one of the best decisions I've ever made; it's feels good to have the time to do things of actual substance (granted I was pretty hooked on the game).
Maybe you should consider doing the same
If the game's getting boring, maybe it's a sign that it's time to quit.

 

oh believe me I quit before and was happy to the level that I HATED RS.
but me being on the computer is just stopping me from really quitting this game as like the guy stated up there, the game gets more and more interesting every once in a while you know.

 

Only thing left u can do is stake -> irlgp, my target for this year is to have +200b at once and +150k euros

 

My Goals are to Max out a Turmoil Pure & a 1 Defence Pure,
I would also like to own atleast 1B in a period of my RS Career.

 

basicly i find botting fun. it's wierd just love seeing my levels rise without playing and when I do play i love to get cash by pvm and when i get a good drop in pvm its super fun ur like YES OGMDOGM so really pvm/pk is fun and bot for proness
