99 Ranged or 88 Herb?

Title says it all. My idea was inspired by the "how many chins for 80-99 range?" thread

You are high combat and you have just enough money for about 88 herb. Perhaps 89 and quite possible 90.

88 = extreme attack, 89 = extreme str, 90 = extreme defe

Or? Do you get a valuable 99? AKA 99 ranged

 

90 herb imo, might not be 99 range, but at least you'll have the extreme's and there's always other ways to get 99 range and not just chinning.

 

I would have to also say Herb because you can make some money with Herb but not so much with range.

I read the thread and did some quick math in my head and made the connection that both cost around the same.

 

Herb, you can train range at a decent pace without spending a great deal of money.

On the flip side, if you train herb cheaply, it can seem to take ages.

 

99 range then make money then go 90+ herb.

 

I'd go range first. I've got overloads and imo 99range>OVL/extremes

 

Depends on your activities tbh. If you boss alot, get the herblore. If not, get range.

 

I'd say get 99 Range then go to like Aviansies or Armadyl boss to get enough money for 99 Herblore.

 

Herb every time mate, you can train range with slayer and make some cash for more herb exp whilst gaining range exp

 

Honestly 99 Range.
You'll use 99 Range more than you'll use 88 Herb.

If your getting herb up, you might as well get Overloads.
