Buying A Starter Main

My main just got hacked, so I'm looking to buy a new one.

I just want a starter main, with atleast 100 CB and hopefully atleast one 99.
(The 99 isn't required, but I'd like it have one if possible

I'm not looking for much, just a good main account with a good base of skills to start training on.
I'm not going to be very picky about the stats.

I've been hacked far too many times, so don't bother posting if you aren't trusted.
