Empo is a scammer!

So I understand the skepticism towards me for being a new member and that's understandable. Honestly I joined just to sell my Diablo 3 beta key and now I regret that decision.

Empo started a post in the MMO account selling section and I replied with my email.

I know the rules frown upon chat logs but it's my greatest proof.

Here's my account still at zero 10 minutes after he said he would send the money and then logged off.

Can you provide proof that's his email you're talking to?

 

Well I gave him my email and he messaged me. Maybe that's the one he put for his account. Can you please check, because I would really like justice to be served and this might be the only way to prove it?

Absolutely, he pm'ed me saying he wanted to chat via gmail and i gave him my email. Right after that he sent a email wanting to chatthrough gmail. He wrote the same way and everything (which is pretty bad internet slang writing.) Sorry for the inconvenience. I realize I wont get the $55 dollars but I don't want him to do this again as his post history shows he's been on a lot of Diablo 3 beta key threads.
