    This guy has just scammed me out of $35 USD after I requested 300k FIFA UT coins from him.

    Taken my money without any proof that I'm a scammer or anything

    I sent him a note saying that this is for virtual items I will receive later, as you can see he only wanted me to do this so I couldn't dispute, he also told me to put it under payment owed instead of for services so that I couldn't dispute on paypal.
