World of Warcraft: Scroll of Resurrection Request Thread

This is the only place to only request a Scroll of Resurrection. Posts not following the rules in the OP will be infracted and deleted.

What is Scroll of Resurrection?

The Scroll of Resurrection is a method introduced by Blizzard to lure back players who have quit playing World of Warcraft. By entering either an email address or the name and realm of the character the recipient last played on this page, players with an active account can try and get somebody back to play the game.

The recipient receives an email with a link that expires in thirty days. If the recipient decides to 'accept' the scroll he or she receives ten days of free play time. If the recipient pays afterward for one month of play, the sender of the scroll is rewarded with a free month of game time for him or her self. There are however limitations to this method

* One can send out only five scrolls at a time
* One can receive only up to three scrolls
* Only players that haven't played World of Warcraft for at least 90 days are eligible to receive scrolls.
* One can accept only one scroll per account

Blizzard has updated and improved the Scroll of Resurrection service, giving both parties a sizable reward just for participating:

- Free 7 days game time for the receiver of the scroll
- Free upgrade all the way to Cataclysm for the receiver
- Free level 80 character (yes, free, level 80, and you get 232 gear as well to help you level in Cataclysm) for the receiver
- Free realm transfer and faction change for a character to play with your friend(s) for the receiver

The giver's bonus is less impressive, but still noteworthy, considering the amount of work required. If your invited friend purchases a month of game time, you get a sparkly spectral faction-specific mount (Wind Rider for Horde, Gryphon for Alliance.)
