Buying Custom Website Design

I'd like someone to design me a website.

I want this to be the header/background:

I want it to be basically a profile page. Just like a Facebook profile page, but darker I guess. Needs to be content areas for visitor messages, for your personal information, your gaming information, etc.

Near the top there should be your avatar and name, with possibly a spot for their gamerscore, and latest achievement or something.

Basically just add random content areas, I'm just lost on what to do for down there.

P.S. If you want it to have a cover picture like on Facebook, then feel free to design it for that.
