1. The customer fills out an application and replies here, where the order service processes the application.

2. The order service then evaluates the application and passes it onto the appropriate designer.

3.The designer then contacts the customer and they discuss ideas, concepts and watermarked designs.

4. The customer then gets back to the designer telling them that they're happy with the watermarked design and are ready for payment.

5. The designer then contacts the billing department for them to produce and send an invoice to the customer.

6. The billing department then sends the completed invoice to the customer.

7. The customer sends the payment to the billing department through the link provided in the invoice.

8.The billing department notify the designer that the customer has paid the full amount money and mark the invoice as "Paid".

8. The designer then hands over all of the completed designs without the watermark in a .rar file along with a support signature and notes of the design. Finally, an optional vouch is given.​

Just thought I would warn you that there is an 8 hour bump rule, and tell you that your ordering and payment process is overly complex.

 

Thanks for the heads up. We are aware that the order and design process is pretty long, but our clients rate us high on our service and professionalism. Without such systems in place, we are prone to PayPal disputes and time wasters(previous experience). Also, because we have a number of different designers and staff members, this system ensures that there is no confusion in payments and orders.

 

Also you may want to consider taking RSGP, because that is the preferred payment of many people because it is convenient. You'll have to pretty stalwart and persistent to break into the market here. Well, anyways good luck with your operation.

We're a non profit organisation so all the money that is earned goes to the designer, they'd rather take it in Paypal

 

Bump

 

There is a 8 hour bump rule as Nero already stated why don't you follow it? And also as Nero said before you should consider accepting rsgp since most of the people on this forum pays with rsgp...

He is trying to help you avoid infractions. I didn't report it the first time but you have broken the 8 hour bump rule several times on this thread. 5 infractions leads to a 3 day ban and then 7 leads to another temp ban. If you continue bumping this thread every other hour then you are going to be temp banned in no time.

 

Infracted for multiple bumping. Delete bumping and having other users including your business partners bump your thread will equal another infraction for every post after this one. 8 hours per bump, no less and no getting past it.

Also to Aaron and friend, there is no point in reporting this thread any more as I won't be clearing it out. You're better off starting a new thread, and then reporting to get this one closed to get rid of the clutter.
