    i have 40$ i can offer

    10$ of it straight from my paypal and i have a 30$ greendot prepaid card you can load straight onto paypal... ive got a few vouches on my steam profile

    looking for someone really trusted only, a gift would be better and id be willing to use someone less trusted with a gift, but a cd key i want someone for sure i can trust and use the cd key, has plenty of vouches

    i can also throw in my tf2 inv if thats valuable at all

    i have a deal for you! I can gift it for you (non chargeback able) for the 40$. we can use a middleman if you wish. this is safer than buying a CD key, and it won't result into your key being removed from steam.
