Briefly explain the trade: Tried to Sell CS:GO to him for 70$. He Paid 9$ up front, I gave him the key, then he never paid me the 61$ remaining.

How they scammed: After he paid the up front, I gave him the game, he never paid me the rest back. He then sold the game off for about 60$. Now after about 16 hours of lying and telling me that he has tried to pay me, after I have extended the payment deadline by about 14 hours. Still not paid. And he said he has disputed the 9$ to paypal because I said I disputed the 61$ to paypal he owes me.
