Jetpack Joyride scammed me he needs to be ip banned

so long story short i wanted dung levels to be done on my account, basicaly i paid 15m i had 15m items in my bank and i transfered my cash he sold everything and hes oviously not oging to do my order, now he needs to be ip banned from the site because he says hes a trusted powerleveling person hes not he will make accounts all day so you must ip ban hhim
