    My guess is desert treasure gives 11, and 16 gives u the strength and attack prayers.

    Well the simple reason for 16 prayer is that it gives a 10% attack/strength/defence boost. Statistically it's the best prayer level for a dharoking build around 97 combat.

    Oh so it's not more of a reason than the prayer itself?

    Ok. I understand now, even though I don't really see how that's really all that worth it.

    It's almost 2 cb levels isn't it?

    8 prayer levels = 1. Since it's 1 to begin with, you would only do 15 though ~

    Nice job being a smart ass when you blatantly had no idea what you're talking about ~
