I followed a very basic tutorial and came out with this.

Alright, I know it borderline's bad/awful, but please don't be too harsh with your criticism. This is my first proper attempt at using C4d w/ Photoshop. I tried once before and gave up almost immediately... because I suck. >.>

Edit: Why won't it show!? -.- There we are. :)

Thanks, Jogged. Did you apply the texture to your signature in C4D or did you use Photoshop? Because I applied my grimy texture in Photoshop but it didn't turn out as great as I hoped.

Thanks again. I'm looking to get better at using it.

Yeah what i do is i get like a metal texture in photshop (after my C4d text is done) put it over the layer, and then change the layer style to Overlay. You can mess around with the opacity and stuff to what you want it to be. Plus i put a gradient overlay over it to make it the two toned blue color. Just watch Tuts on youtube, they can really tell you alot of information on how to make diffrent text look awesome

Good work, I've always wanted to use C4D but can never find the drive.

    Keep it up! :)

I've took a look at the tutorial, things get awkward when it comes to the displacement part, but it's pretty neat. Thanks man. :)
