Lock/delete

 

No support.. if this became a requirement, what would stop somebody posting a fake picture or buying a quest cape account...?

 

What benefit would this bring? It would be easy to just put up a picture you find online or copy someone else's.

for future reference, it might be smarter to fully think your suggestion through
