Hello, im looking for a combat level 3 account

all Combat Stats Must Be Level 1.

i would prefer it to have a "halo" and old holiday item's

must have a login username and not email.

a 99 would be good, but not needed.

decent skills would be nice.

i have 12M RSGP to spend and a account with 4 99's i would be willing to swap if the level 3 that i get offerd is up to my accounts standards.
