PJing needs to get fixed, ASAP.

There needs to be some new instituted rule or something, that if either of the players is attacking another in a fight, neither can be attacked. I'm tired of this. I bought supplies today for 2 PK trips, and went out with my first set. I started my first fight, and i got killed by the guy, who specced me out with his claws, which i was perfectly fine with. So i went back out for a rematch, and we started fighting again, but this time, i was comboing him well, and he had been eating for all of 2 seconds, until out of nowhere, an AGS rusher pops out and specs me for a 500 to which i die... PKing is not fun anymore, merely frustration between the amount of rushers/teleporters. What ever happened to respect and dying for what.. 200k? I don't even bring tabs into the wilderness, and this is what i get for trying to be respectful. This needs to be fixed.

yeah i quit pking cause of pjing, i mean it was ok back when there was no rush weapons like claws ags korasi but now every fight i get pjed.

Only way you are going to even slightly side step that is by going onto an F2P world.

 

There has and always will be PJ'ers.

The only difference now is they decreased the timer, which is retarded, but honestly I doubt it will change.

 

Jagex is going to make a new update apparently involving PJing.

Simple fix..both agree to hop to empty world. Boom no lagg and no pjer. Also what I normally do is run deep enough out of crowd to be alone to fight but <20 so I can tele.

Lengthening the period while fighting would probably work - or a 5 second period after you finish 'combat' (eating, running when ranging etc) when you cannot be attacked. But it's the wilderness

I agree it needs to be fixed. Pking isn't the same when you're battling rushers every 10 seconds. Unfortunately I doubt they will do anything about it.

lol there has never been any respect in this aspect which is why I liked rsc better and why I don't pk on rs2 People have always tele'd\ran when low and anyone that thinks they can make a quick buck will. Get 99 str and attack n go for 1-2 hit kills would be my suggestion.

 

Implement a PJ timer like there was in PvP worlds, problem solved.

 

Indeed, was suprises they removed that when getting the wilderness back.
When I used to pk it also annoyed me, and you can get really frustrated from getting pjed two times a fight.

The reason they didn't initially want to apply the timer back to the old wilderness is because, it's supposed to be considered very dangerous, and if you're scared (even of pjers) you're not supposed to go in. It's annoying and stupid, but eh. There's going to be a new addition to the PvP system in April.

 

God, no offence, I hate people who bitch about getting PJed. There's a simple solution to that - quit pking in regular worlds, start pking in the high risk ones (124/137). If there's a clawer/agser, that's most likely a free decent drop for you.

 

Pjing isnt even the problem... its the advanced high bursting damage weapons that kill the game. DDs and g maul rushing was good enough but now with all the easy k.o weapons it makes pking so bad.

 

You have no idea. If someone rushed me with a DDS, and managed to kill me, i'd almost be happy. Would have been a sick spec as well.
