What/where is the best way for a level 113 with
96str,
87att.
80def,
70 pray,
90 hp, to train to get 99str,99att ?
I need a good monster to train on, that doesnt hit 100+ constantly on me.
And obviously a good exp per hour.

Being such a high combat I would recommend Armoured Zombies, these are a very easy monster in runescape to train on. Although, they do have a requirment to be able to train on them (Quest: Defender Of Varrok) they are very fast. It is also even faster to train there if you have the Salve Amulet (E) that boosts your strength bonus on undead monsters such as Zombies.

If you do not have that, a very simple method is the bandits in the desert. Training here will allow you to AFK quiet easily.

 

Should I invest $63 into creating a maxed range staker (99 range and 99 constitution)?

 

If you can find someone to provide those services for you I would so so, if not then I would spend that 63$ on rsgp and put it on the pure and train it yourself. Or try using SIMBA scripts to bot the levels yourself and save yourself 63$

 

I would be using Simba, however I would have to purchase a script, VPS and range supplies. Thankyou

 

Purchasing a script and botting the levels yourself would be much easier than paying someone to do it for you. The advantages of buying a script will allow you to get more levels in the future on other accounts you may make.

How would i 'Anti-rush'?

 

Chill in mystic or D'hide Etc with a whip skulled in the wildy, when you find a rusher (Claws, Ags Etc) run by him without pro melee on, Make sure you are pre-venged and have a phoenix necklace on. When He first specs, Veng again, and then pull out korasi after 2nd veng hits and spec him, by that time your phoenix will have saved your life.

 

Whats the best way to make money for me and about how much is it per hour? My stats are

99 hp
93 def
95 pray
85 range

It seems to me you have great stats for doing bosses. Try going to bandos, Or glacors.. Those are always good gps. I know bandos is dropping but the drop rate is crazy so it wouldn't be hard to make 100M in a week, and for longterm money try Corp Beast, easy to kill with a good team and chance of getting a 550M Split

I've become bored of runescape and the game isn't really that entertaining anymore. I say I am quitting but then I will talk to someone about it or start browsing here in the RS2 forums and start to think that I want to play again. How can I make RS fun again? (Besides PKing, my internet is PK capable)

 

Well I always get bored here and there to the point of wanting to quit AKA: take a break.. Play xbox ps3 etc in between playing rs or have a job so it doesnt get so time consuming. Also, try Staking. It's just like going to the casino the rush you get when betting large amounts of GPs is amazing

Fastest way to make money with the following stats:

If I'm going for 25k crims, should I do frosts for a few months before barraging rock lobs or should I do train ranged in my secret spot which gets me ~60 crims, 25-30 golds, 2-3 blues, ~100k gold p/h and 50k-60k ranged exp p/h and then do frosts till I get sufficient money? Keep in mind that I need the charms by the next BXPW and I have a 30m bank atm.

This is to be done on a ranged tank btw.

It appears your a turmoil pure, I like that. I had one of those once and I found out money was the hardest thing to come by and pures.. So I just xfer'd from my main. Making money on a pure can be easier than you think though, like killing drags etc, but that can be very boring, and nobody wants to do that! So what I use to do is pick mushrooms, those are 600-700k an hour now that you can't really bot them.. That's a easy way to make gps! Another way that gains you some combat exp is taking a cannon and killing aberrent spectres, they drop good herbs and you can make good gps/hr there

 

If your bank is low I wouldn't worry about training range in your secret chinning spot, that will just deplete your bank and you won't have the resources to even use the charms. Go to the frost drags, camp there a few days! You'd be suprised at how much money you can make from going there. Once you have a good GPstack then think about barraging rock lobs, another effecient/cheap way to get charms is waterfiends, and they are fairly easy to kill.

 

Rares are always an up-down thing, you can never predict exactly when it will drop or when it will rise.. only if it will. Right now rares are at a low compared to recent months, they're only going to get lower.. But the upside thing about that when they're low BUYBUYBUY.. Rares will always, always go back up do to low supply of them.. Id wait to buy for a month or two, then buy masks or a santa's in mass rather than a phat, that way when they go back up you'll make bank, and then upgrade to a phat !
