Stuck out of a neopets account because you can't remember the birthday?

I don't charge for the first account, after that it's $.25 each.
Only reason I'm offering this is because I've heard the birthday cracking program has not been working for anyone, however it's worked perfectly for me.

I don't believe that it's considered hacking. It's more of an account recovery tool, as you need the user and password to access that information.

Is this really legit and allowed? I have about 6 old accounts from when I was about 9 or 10(when you had to paper mail neopets your parents signatures to make a account) and im 22 now.
